Gmail has an auto sorting feature that sorts your emails automatically into various Tabs.
While this can be useful, it is possible that many of Ingenium Schools' general emails are being sorted into the "Promotions" or "Forums" category. Because of this behavior, you may miss important emails from the home office.
To disable this functionality.
- Open Gmail.
- Click the gear icon Gear icon
in the upper right, then select Configure inbox.

Uncheck all boxes except "Primary"

Click Save.
