To report an issue or an error you have identified on any of our Ingenium websites please follow the following process:

  1. Gather the following information about what you have discovered:
    • Screenshot of the issue (if applicable)
    • The website address (URL) where the error can be found at (check the address bar)

    •  clear description of the correction 

    • Relevant correction files and/or links (e.g. photos, documents, links, etc.)

    • Implementation Intentions: The URGENCY of the update - when do you need this completed by (e.g. COB Tomorrow, Next Thursday, etc.

  1. Draft an email to Include in the BODY of your email the information you collected above.

  2. You will receive a confirmation email shortly and a member of our WebTeam will contact you and fulfill your request.
