1. Log in to a new Google Chrome browser as a new user.

    username: webinars@ingeniumschools.org
    password: contact Jay Aguda or Beverly Snow for access. If you have access, password is located here.

  2. Click on the "Create a new event" bookmark


  3. Click "New Live Event"


  4. Fill out the Webinar information in the Basic Info Tab:


  5. Switch to advanced settings tab and fill out the form -- note the following settings:
    - Chat:
    Do you want a live chat window during the broadcast?
    - Comments: Do you want to allow people to leave comments on the recorded video?
    Other than those two, make sure to set all settings to that shown below


  6. Finish by clicking "CREATE EVENT"


  7. Your new webinar will appear in the list of scheduled webinars:
