- Download and update to the most recent, non-beta version of your web browser
- Download and update to the most recent version of Flash and Javascript
- Clear your cache and cookies on your web browser (for instructions on how to do this for each web browser, please see this webpage: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en)
- Does this problem happen if you try a different computer? Does it occur if you try a different web browser? (Sometimes there will be software on one computer that is not on another that is interfering, or a plugin on one browser but not another - i.e. a program not allowing pop-ups at all would impact your ability to update data in our features where a pop-up window occurs).
- Check with your internal IT folks to ensure that there are no software conflicts as mentioned in item #4.
