1. Download and update to the most recent, non-beta version of your web browser
  2. Download and update to the most recent version of Flash and Javascript
  3. Clear your cache and cookies on your web browser (for instructions on how to do this for each web browser, please see this webpage: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en)
  4. Does this problem happen if you try a different computer? Does it occur if you try a different web browser? (Sometimes there will be software on one computer that is not on another that is interfering, or a plugin on one browser but not another - i.e. a program not allowing pop-ups at all would impact your ability to update data in our features where a pop-up window occurs).
  5. Check with your internal IT folks to ensure that there are no software conflicts as mentioned in item #4.
