Use the following Participant Quality Control Checklist to prep for the webinar before it begins:
- Check your background: Ensure that your backgrounds (white board, office, classroom) is presentable prior to broadcasting.
- Audio / Video Check: All Participants should check their microphone and video settings to make sure it works. Communications team will verify. (For more information, see this support article)
- Know how to share your screen: All participants who will be presenting items on their screen should know how to share their screen by clicking the Screen Share button.

Set up your lower third: All participants should have a Lower Third set up so that viewers know who is talking / presenting. (Video)
Click on the Google Hangout Toolbox and Create/Edit the Lower Third
- Know how to setup internal chat: Information not displayed to viewers can be shared using the chat button.
