BULK PRINTING ITR FORMS:

Click on the ITR Management Link on the left panel under "FUNCTIONS"

Select "Not Started" from the Table

Click "Make Current Student Selection"

Click "BULK PRINT ITR FORMS"



 


RESPONDING TO ITR FORMS




When you receive an Intent to Return Form, please complete the following process:



  1. Log into POWERSCHOOL

  2. Under Functions select "ItR Management"



  3. Search for a student by scrolling down to the Filter Box and typing in the student's name (alternatively, you can enter the student ID # -- which is a better way of searching)



  4. To provide a response, simply click on the NOT STARTED action button 






  5. In the "CREATE NEW ITR RECORD" complete all the fields below from the ItR form you received.

    step 1: If the parent checked the box to update contact information, click the link that says "Update Contact Info" - 


    step 2: Provide a detailed description of what you updated as well. 

    step 3: update type
    operational definitions:


    - COMMUNICATION: Made a call to the family to inform them of something

    - ItR Response: Updated ItR Response
    - Demographics Update: Updated Contact info or demographics

    Step 4: update ItR

    - Not Returning: Student is not returning next year
    - In Progress: Student is returning - and is currently completing paperwork
    - Re-Enrollment Complete: Student is returning - paperwork complete
    - Re-Enrollment Verified: Student is returning - paperwork verified






  6. Click SUBMIT


  7. DID THE PARENT PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SIBLING INFORMATION? If so, Click


    This will bring up the Sibling Interest Form from Schoolmint
