When a Parent stops by to pick up Re-Enrollment Packet. Please make sure to follow the process below.


  1. Log into Schoolmint and Mark this Milestone as completed. 

    Navigate to ADMISSIONS > MANAGE RE-ENROLLMENTS

    Click Search


    Type the student name in the search box in the middle of the screen


    Locate the Actions column and select "View CheckList"



    Check the BOX next to PICKED UP FORMS


    Click SAVE

  2. Next, make sure to log this ON THE COMMUNICATION LOG:
    Under ACTIONS, select "VIEW STUDENT PROFILE"



    Next, click the NOTES section:



    Click "ADD NOTE"

    Choose "ReEnrollment Packet Pickup" from dropdown



    Add a note and click SAVE.



  3. Provide Parent(s) with the forms or optionally SEND your parents to your school website under ENROLL > RE-ENROLLMENT FORMS


  4. Give them the DROP DEAD DATE this all must be turned in as well as their required attendance at the Orientation
