Purpose: How to create an event on a master calendar. Note: You must have Manage Events access on a master calendar to complete this process.


Process: 

  1. Open your Google Calendar

  2. Create an event as you normally would, then click "MORE OPTIONS"


  3. Look for the Calendar Icon next to the calendars drop down. Select the master calendar you would like to place this onto.


  4. Add additional details, etc.


  5. Click Save.
