Ingenium's Paycom - 0ZH49

If you have gotten your username or password, here are the steps to recover. 

Please keep in mind your username is Ingenium's Paycom account # 0ZH49 + Employee ID 

    Example: 0ZH491234

On your phone, click on "LOGIN HELP" 

Choose one selection: Recover Username or Reset Password

RECOVER USERNAME

Enter your Ingenium's email address. Click "NEXT"

You'll receive a notification to check your email.   Once you receive the email, you may retrieve your username. 

RESET PASSWORD

Enter Username, Last 4 digits of SSN, and Birth Date. Click "NEXT"

You will then need to answer your security question. Click "NEXT"

You'll receive a notification to check your email. 

Login to your Ingenium email address and look for:

Subject Line: Paycom Employee Self Service Password Reset      from the following email address: systemmessage@paycomonline.com

You will then be given a one-time password. Once you have logged back in, please create a new password.
