The Ingenium Service Catalog is a "one-stop-shop" to request services, hardware, software, etc. The AIM of the catalog is to streamline common cause requests, track them, and ensure timely fulfillment of the service request.


Please note some requests may be subject to supervisor approval (especially for purchases). 


To visit the service catalog, simply click the Home Button and select "Service Catalog" on the left hand panel.


You will then be presented with the Service Catalog Front page.


Use the search box to search for something specific. Or use the service categories to view existing items.


Click the Request Now button that appears to request a service Item.


Complete the form and submit the request.


Once you request the item, a ticket will be created and you will receive a confirmation of the ticket receipt and its status. An Agent will follow up with you.

For Tech (Hardware and Software) and Curriculum-related requests, please fill out a New Tech/Curriculum Requisition Form.

For Marketing related requests, please fill out a Marketing Request form.

For other requests, please submit a support ticket.
