First, verify that you have:

  1. Completed your ParentSquare registration.
  2. You have downloaded the App and have logged in.


Next, complete the following steps:

  1. Open your app and press the hamburger button
  2. Next click on "Account" and "Preferences"
  3. Select Notifications Settings
  4. Next make sure all the checkboxes are checked:
