First, verify that you have:
- Completed your ParentSquare registration.
- You have downloaded the App and have logged in.
Next, complete the following steps:
- Open your app and press the hamburger button
- Next click on "Account" and "Preferences"
- Select Notifications Settings
- Next make sure all the checkboxes are checked:
