Copy the current Ingenium Directory to your Google Contacts Address Book

Access your Contacts list by going home (click the home button) and clicking the Google Contacts button

Next Click on Directory on the left hand side - This will load the Directory of All Ingenium Personnel

Select the entire directory by selecting one person first, then click the down arrow next to the checkbox and selecting "all"
- Once all have been selected click the "Add to Contacts icon" - This will COPY all the official directory contacts to your Google Contacts Addressbook.

Understand how your address book / contacts list is integrated with Gmail: When you return to gmail (mail.google.com) you should immediately be able to use these contacts by simply typing someone's name
Group contacts together and apply labels to those contacts
- Go to Google Contacts List
- First use the search bar to find contacts (You can search by name, Title)
- Next select your group of contacts and click the Label button - You can use a current label or create a new one.
- Once a label has been created, you can see them by clicking their label on the left panel

Use Gmail to send an email to a labelled group of contacts -- additionally, you can use this label to mail the group back in GMAIL
