1. In Spotlight, search for Printers & Scanners
  2. Click the "+" sign to add new printer. (If you currently have the printer installed and it isn't working, you can click the printer and press the "-" sign to delete it.
  3. Click the IP tab. Enter the following information:
    1. Address: 192.168.1.10
    2. Protocol: Internet Printing Protocol - IPP
    3. Queue: leave blank
    4. Name: Xerox Home Office Printer
    5. Location: Home Office
    6. Use: This will auto-populate as the computer connects to the printer.
  4. Click ADD
  5. If you get an error, hit cancel and press ADD again.
  6. Test your printer connection by printing a test page. Double click on the newly added printer.
  7. Go to the menu bar and click on "Printer" and choose "Print Test Page"
