- In Spotlight, search for Printers & Scanners
- Click the "+" sign to add new printer. (If you currently have the printer installed and it isn't working, you can click the printer and press the "-" sign to delete it.
- Click the IP tab. Enter the following information:
- Address: 192.168.1.10
- Protocol: Internet Printing Protocol - IPP
- Queue: leave blank
- Name: Xerox Home Office Printer
- Location: Home Office
- Use: This will auto-populate as the computer connects to the printer.
- Click ADD
- If you get an error, hit cancel and press ADD again.
- Test your printer connection by printing a test page. Double click on the newly added printer.
- Go to the menu bar and click on "Printer" and choose "Print Test Page"
