If a conference room currently displays "Free" or "Vacant", click the MEET NOW button to book the room for 1 hour:
Joan will then display "Booked" or "Occupied"
This will also be reflected in the conference room calendars here so that the room cannot be booked during the time you have Ad-Hoc'd booked the room.
PLEASE NOTE that BOOKING via ADHOC booking meetings appear only on the Conference Room calendar, not on yours.
